Background and Experience

Originally qualified as an Organisational Psychologist, for many years I worked regularly within organisations via a number of management consultancy firms. I also provided counselling services for a number of Employee Assistance Programmes and Insurance companies.

Since establishing my private psychotherapy practice I have worked successfully with many clients using both short and long-term approaches. My wide range of experience and training enables me to tailor my service to the needs of each individual client. I do not offer a “one size fits all” approach to therapy.

For the past ten years I have also worked as one of a small team of counsellors and psychotherapists on the AstraZeneca CALM (Counselling and Life Management) programme. Please click here for a more detailed description of my background and experience.
